This Privacy Policy explains how Rooted Growth Consulting LLC, doing business as Learn with Maydwell ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit learnwithmaydwell.com (the "Site"), subscribe to our email list, book a call, or purchase a product or service.
Who we are

Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver our content, services, and products:
- Contact and subscription data — your name and email address when you sign up for the Waypoint newsletter, complete the LinkedIn Authority Readiness Quiz, request a free LinkedIn audit, download a resource, or contact us.
- Quiz and assessment data — when you complete the LinkedIn Authority Readiness Quiz, we record your quiz score and the path you came through (e.g., quiz completion or audit request). This is used to send you relevant follow-up and to understand what the site is helping people with. No individual quiz answers are stored beyond the aggregate score.
- Booking data — your name, email, and scheduling details when you book a discovery or consulting call.
- Payment data — when you buy a product or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited billing details (such as name and email). We do not store your full card number; card data is handled directly by Stripe.
- Access & entitlement data — for Waypoint paid access we store your email and subscription status to manage and restore your access. Your Waypoint reflections are not collected; they remain stored locally on your own device.
- Account & sign-in data (The Alignment Check) — when you purchase The Alignment Check, we create an account tied to your email so you can sign in. We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in, which sends a one-time link to your email; we store your email and the tier you purchased to grant and manage access.
- Alignment Check session data — the information your team enters during a session (such as named time drains, decision cycles, workflow scores, and the resulting snapshot) is saved to your account so it follows you across devices and produces your report. Live-session participants submit responses anonymously (no participant name is attached).
- Usage data — standard analytics such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To send the newsletter and content you requested, and to manage your subscription.
- To respond to enquiries and schedule and deliver consulting or product services.
- To process payments and provide receipts and order fulfilment.
- To create and manage your account, send passwordless sign-in links, and save and restore your Alignment Check sessions and report.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
Our legal bases for processing (where the GDPR applies) are your consent (for marketing email and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (for purchases and services), and our legitimate interests (for security and basic analytics).
Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us operate, each acting as a processor under their own terms and privacy commitments:

Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: subscription data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, transaction records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and analytics data per our provider's retention settings.
