These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of learnwithmaydwell.com (the "Site") and any products, content, or services offered by Rooted Growth Consulting LLC, doing business as Learn with Maydwell ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, frameworks, designs, graphics, and downloadable materials — is owned by or licensed to Rooted Growth Consulting LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell our content without prior written permission, except where a product or license expressly grants you rights to do so.
Email subscriptions
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Email is delivered through MailerLite, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Products, services, and payment
We offer consulting services and digital products. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are described at the point of sale or in a separate engagement agreement.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Digital products. Access is delivered electronically. Because digital products are made available immediately, they are generally non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.
- Account-based access. Some products, including The Alignment Check, are delivered through a personal account tied to the email you purchase with. Access is granted to that account and is for your and your team's own use. Your purchased access is single-buyer and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another organization. We may suspend access obtained through sharing or in breach of these Terms.
- Add-ons and bundles. Where a product offers an add-on (such as adding a debrief to The Alignment Check) or a bundle, the price shown at checkout reflects what you are purchasing; upgrading from a base product to an add-on charges only the stated difference.
- Consulting services. Engagements are governed by the scope and terms agreed in writing. Where the two conflict, the signed engagement agreement controls over these Terms.
Refunds
If you believe a product or service did not deliver as described, contact us at jonathan@learnwithmaydwell.com and we will work with you in good faith. Refund eligibility for any specific product is stated at the point of purchase or in its terms of purchase.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, MailerLite, Calendly, and Netlify). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties that the content is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Our content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Growth Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
